At a glance

  • This website does not use cookies.
  • There are no analytics tools and no tracking.
  • Fonts and images are hosted on our own web space; no content is loaded from third-party servers when you visit.
  • Instagram and Facebook are included as plain links only.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data and stores it in server log files:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of the request
  • page or file requested
  • amount of data transferred and status code
  • browser and operating system
  • previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted

This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and helps to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. IONOS stores the server log files only for as long as is necessary for the operation and security of the website. They are not evaluated statistically or merged with other data. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

Contact form

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, e-mail address, subject and message) in order to answer your enquiry. They are sent to us by e-mail and are not stored in a database on the web server. To protect against spam, we use an invisible check field and a timing check – without cookies and without third-party services.

We also limit the number of messages per connection: when you submit the form, we store a hash of your IP address, created with a secret key, together with the time of submission for at most one hour in a non-public file on the web server. The IP address itself is not stored there; the entry is deleted after one hour has passed, at the latest the next time the form is accessed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against abuse).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a collaboration such as a partnership, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete your details once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact by e-mail

If you send us an e-mail, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to deal with your request. The information on the contact form regarding legal basis, retention and deletion applies accordingly.

Recipients and transfers to third countries

IONOS forwards messages sent to partner@mwkartracing.de – including those from the contact form – to the controller's mailbox. This mailbox is read via Google Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

Cookies, analytics and embedded content

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools, and it does not embed any third-party content – no videos, maps, fonts or posts from external servers. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Links to Instagram and Facebook

We refer to our Instagram and Facebook profiles with plain links only. Simply visiting this website does not transfer any data to these services. Only when you click a link do you leave our website; processing there is the responsibility of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., and its privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, simply contact partner@mwkartracing.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Encryption

This website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form via HTTPS.
